I-CREATE YOUTH started by conducting individualized creative writing workshops for visually impaired and blind students in the summer of 2020. Since then, we have spearheaded an annual fellowship program and summer research program, created monthly exhibitions and quarterly newsletters featuring disabled changemakers, published 50+ disabled writers on Kalonopia Collective, and raised awareness through social media infographics and blog articles. ICY has worked with over 200 members from 30 countries.
